RESTAURANT
Our restaurant menu is based exclusively on fresh and seasonal local ingredients. What is very special about Arka is our fisherman who goes fishing every morning and our daily menu depends on what he brings to the restaurant’s kitchen. All the fish and the seafood is fresh and prepared according to traditional recipes from Pag. We combine the basic ingredients with the side dishes and sauces such as famous Adriatic buzara. Mediterranean spices and herbs go well with seasonal ingredients and often provide alluring aromas and flavours that will make you want to taste everything from the menu.
There are several menu concepts in Arka. The daily menu depends on the fish and seafood that our father catches in the morning. Simplicity and abundance of traditional Dalmatian cuisine are present in all the courses we offer to our guests. Specialties of the house take a lot of time and patience. That is why we have a practice of pre-ordering. Gastro-dinner is a tasting menu with several courses promising a real culinary adventure. All you have to do is sit and relax on the terrace and we will come up with the perfect sequence of meals for you and your family.

Our apartments are equipped with all the amenities you need for a fully relaxed vacation time with your dearest ones. Luxury apartments provide family accommodation with air conditioning, kitchen, oven, bath, TV, mini bar, communal zones and terrace, dining area and living room. The interiors are functional and well equipped, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. Our house is located very close to the sea and beautiful sandy beach. Our guests have deckchairs for the beach at their disposal. Besides regular family accommodation in the apartments (2 – 4) persons, we can offer the half board accommodation, as well as renting an apartment with the additional room and balcony.
SURROUNDINGS
In the nearest surroundings of our family house and the restaurant is a lovely sandy beach. Pine trees and palms, a lot of greenery, romantic and calming forest pathways – all of that sounds and looks alluring.
You will surely encounter several flocks of sheep freely wandering around, looking for the wild herbs that bring so special flavour to famous Pag lamb and cheese.
You can also enjoy long walks in nature. The Island of Pag, together with Stara Novalja, is well known for the breath-taking peculiar moonlike landscapes and unusually strong wild vegetation. Combined with the sea views, this scenery often looks unreally beautiful and mesmerizing.
